ABU-series to be
used in the VSAT is the fixed gain block up converter (BUC) incorporating a low
phase-noise phase-locked local oscillator and a highly reliable power amplifier
MMIC, and converts L-band (950 to 1,450 MHz) IF input to the extended Ku-band
(13.75 to 14.25 GHz) RF output. Applications are telecommuting / tele-education,
portable, infomation / data distribution & access, monitoring & emergency
communication, DVB systems, and so on.
