The medium power amplifier MMICs are packaged in the low cost plastic so that they could deliver the output power up to 33 dBm (2 W). The product can be used as the final stage in the transmission part of a small output power system as well as the driver amplifier in front of the higher output power final stage. Design is focused to be wide band matched with higher efficiency and higher linearity as well.
